Technology Solutions that is deployed must meet the companies standards ,last minimum 3 years, and provides tangible benefits in 6 months.. When Technology is the business, then it must generate a profit in 3 years with positive cash flow in 18 months is what I have done successfully the last 30 plus years.The last 3 years, I have dug into AI, read hundreds oh articles and research papers, trained on an AI platform using public domain datasets and built AI models. Chaired AI webinars with some leading faculty from MacMasters university and Directors from the manufacturing sector and CEO's of AI platforms. listened to leaders from Boeing, Nestle and IBM on best practices on governance, data labelling and securing business models when deploying AI. Built out test case AI models for Financial sector using Government grants in Alberta.Most recently on behalf of a 25 year old Technology Company in Canada, I managed a cradle to grave AI project. The project was a collaboration with Seneca College Ontario, A no code low code AI Platform in Alberta, and a Public Company that provides analytical solutions to over 250 manufactures in North America, we were able to build out a machine Learning algorithm that predicts machine downtime.
