I am highly experienced in Design and Project Consultancy Business start-ups, leadership and business management.I have 20+ years of senior level experience based in five different countries including the UAE, Hong Kong, China vietnam and Japan devising, directing, designing and delivering complex projects and real estate-strategies. I have also run construction programs within global client organisations, launching and leading successful multi-disciplinary project consulting companies and professional teams serving international clients from multiple sectors.I specialise in turning project and real estate challenges into new business growth-opportunities for my clients. I understand first-hand, the pressures and concerns faced by business leaders attempting the challenges involved with organisational or infrastructural change, from both Consultant and Client perspective.
