Instrumental in the management and development of a multi-disciplinary team working alongside architects, contractors and clients to set BIM standards that comply with the Government BIM Mandate 2016.· Employed and trained a team of 3-D modellers ahead of the government mandate, leading the competition in this capability. Ahead of the market when AutoCAD matured in Revit enabling the business to gain a head start in fully coordinated MEP design.· Working directly with key clients in the early development of BIM Execution Plans to enable project deliverables to all key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with emerging industry standards.· Driving the standards within the BIM team, ensuring VZDV maintain a strong market position through excellent design, development, budget control and efficient project delivery.
