I conduct routine good housekeeping and basic safety checks.I ensure clients’ safety during training session.I respond to first aid-requiring emergencies and administer first aid.

I support the development and delivery of fitness courses and programs.also ensure the efficient operation and growth of the facility by handling it's project management, resources management,risk management,time management, quality assurance,budgeting and financial management,continuous improvement and goal achievement.I assist members in reaching individual goals.I liaise with nutritionist in recommending and creating diet plans for clients.I assist in maintaining and improving the quality of classes.I motivate clients who have reached a plateau in weight loss by way of coaching and mentorship.

~I Support the development of OHS policies & programs, review and co-vet contractors safety plans for Absolute HSE Co.’s clients.also ensure the safety and well-being of all project stakeholders.~ I advise and instruct on various safety-related aspects, conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures. ~ I initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives~ I inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. failure to use personal protective equipment, poor housekeeping etc)~I safely stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.~I document and investigate incidents to determine causes.~I Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

overseeing and coordinating various aspects of projects within the organization.
