Developing full-stack applications, to be used in histopathological labs. These applications are designed to optimize and automate laboratory processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy for scientists. These tools offer reliable and user friendly solutions, enhancing the workflow and data management in lab settings.

I specialize in breaking down tasks and delegating responsibilities to software developers, ensuring efficient workflow and project progress. By maintaining open communication between the development team and upper management, I align development efforts with organizational goals. My expertise allows me to seamlessly integrate technical aspects with strategic objectives, ensuring products are finished on time and as requested.

My involvement was to conceptualize and develop back-end solutions tailored to address these specific challenges faced by clinical pathologists. Additionally I also created user friendly front end pages for the scientists to interact with. The programs I created are hosted on an AWS EC2 instance which I also helped set up and configure.In addition to those before mentioned tools, I also worked collaboratively with other member of my team to create visualization platforms using R which allows for quick understanding of complex datasets.I was also entrusted with the responsibility of helping to re-engineer the analytical pipeline for my department. Drawing from my knowledge of web servers, databases, and programming in general, I helped restructure the data flow, leading to enhanced efficiency and streamlined processes.
