During the 2022-2023 winter season, I took on the role of ski pass salesperson. This role required a serious attitude and good customer service. It was vital to guide the customer to the correct product depending on their skiing level and desires.

Throughout a 3 month period in the summer of 2022, I completed an internship at Bubbles dive centre in Gozo, Malta. I helped in the flow of operations by making sure that the diving instructors had everything they needed to take customers on dives. As a team, we would prepare all the customer's equipment for the day and fill the air cylinders that were needed for the day's dives. At the end of the day, we would wash the customer's equipment and get everything ready for the following day. Throughout the internship, we were also available to help customers with any queries or issues. This period also allowed me to scuba dive, confronting me with diverse scenarios underwater that needed to be resolved. By the end of the internship, I was a qualified divemaster and had learned a lot of things about diving also about the logistics of running a diving center. Many skills were acquired such as dealing with stressful situations and perfecting my forward-thinking.

As a cashier at the Intermarche supermarket, I learned the importance of customer service, remaining amiable with customers and helping in their different issues.

This job required the team to put the produce on the shelves in an organized manner before the customers would arrive in the morning. Throughout the day we had to make sure that all the shelves were stocked and we helped customers to find their desired product.
