Starting my 42nd year in the biotech/pharma industry. “How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you were? ” (Satchel Paige)Lead teams in the development of 12 biologics (3 BLA approvals), 5 peptides, 34 small molecules (2 NDA approvals), 10 505b2s (2 approved) and 8 ANDAs (5 approved). Experience includes P&L responsibility, process and scale-up, formulation and analytical development/validation through BLA, NDA and ANDA (biologics, synthetic peptides & small molecules), Pharmacology and toxicology. Recent experience in design, construction, and qualification of a greenfield Biologics commercial manufacturing facility. Spent first 15 year of my career as a peptidomimetic medicinal chemist (the favorite years of my career).
