Experience includes P&L responsibility, process and scale-up, formulation and analytical development/validation through BLA, NDA and ANDA (biologics, synthetic peptides & small molecules), Pharmacology and toxicology. Recent experience in design, construction, and qualification of a greenfield Biologics commercial manufacturing facility. Spent first 15 year of my career as a peptidomimetic medicinal chemist (the favorite years of my career).
