Henry joined Nova MSC in 2022 and leads Nova's Application Support team tasked to support applications across modules which encompasses patient care records, inventory processes, electronic medical record, computerised practitioner order entries as well as supporting billing related transactions. Having a decade's worth of experience in the software and medical industry, sound technical expertise and well verse with the healthcare environment, he now provides pre-sales consultancy on Hospital Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence solutions in the healthcare arena.

Lead coordinator in the transition of legacy system to new implementation of new HIS and revamping of SAP core modules. Currently in active engagements with business stakeholders, procurement, inpatient, laboratory, radiology, medical record, outpatient specialist clinics and pharmacists. Development and review of Business Continuity Plan; coordinate during BCP drills and data recovery simulation, leading a team of ICT specialists and coordinate data extraction for data analytics.
