Provided support to the intake and admissions department by hadling complicated and difficult potential referrals.

Introduced Seabrook House to the New England region market place. Developed collaborative relationships and became a resource for members of the addiction, psychiatric, and medical professional community.Supported and facilitated referrals for treatment services to individuals and families.Worked as a resource for Seabrook House staff and clients to provide aftercare support for their return back to their respective communities.As a member of the Clinical Outreach Team was involved with strategic planning, special events, and conferences to promote a preferred vendor status for Seabrook House.

Responsible for the coordination of services and supervision of staffs at mutable long term residential facilities. Which included a mens 36 bed, women's and infants 20 bed facility, and a 16 SRO transitional independent living complex.
