Allstate Insurance PC Refresh Project Installed, configured, and upgraded more than two hundred HP computers using Windows XP to Dell Computers operating on Windows 7. Completed the company’s cable management by verifying connection to the servers and backing up of all user data. Provided successful analysis of the network using ping, tracert, and ipconfig. Wells Fargo Conversion Project- Installed, configured, reimaged, and implemented twelve HP Windows 7 machines, four network printers, and ten Cisco VOIP phones per site. Configured all users’ accounts to the bank domain while verifying user applications and printer connectivity for each computer. Documented all IP addresses and MAC addresses for each VOIP phone on the local network.  Completed asset tagging of all servers, switches, routers and storage devices in the Wells Fargo Data Center.
