Administration and events support to the hospitality sales and events team, assisting with various new business sales activities and relationship building activities with existing members.• Support with all hospitality sale related admin and matchday coordination• Manage availability of packages and provide regular reports on availability• Ensure all hospitality contracts are signed and bookings are paid for pre-match• Matchday administration prep including tours, former player visits, special requests, programme order, flower order etc.• Support with inbound calls and outbound calls to guests with updates or responses to queries as and when required• Manage and improve the hospitality CRM system• On matchdays, manage inbound customer queries and act as a point of contact for hospitality matchday activities• Represent Aston Villa at internal and external events and support in planning as and when requested.

Supported the organisation and delivery of global events, including race hospitality, guest programmes, transport and logistics and experiential activationsKey Responsibilities:- Responsible for various event activities, including transport & logistics for both team & guests, hotel sourcing, guest itineraries.- Provided logistical support to the Event Manager and Event Executive in preparation for all races (E.g. in liaison with the event management company, venue booking, arranging catering, chauffeurs, flight bookings etc).- Supported on-site event delivery where required including travel to 5 races in Europe and the USA.- Co-ordination of events team actions from race market calls & meetings pre-event.- Helped to manage the events department budget; including sourcing quotes, raising orders on the SAP system, keeping detailed files, tracking and co-ordination of all internal cross charges.- Co-ordination & tracking of all ticket & hospitality requests; including processing of all booking forms, quotes and invoices from Formula E.- Undertook venue visits where necessary to determine suitability for required event activities.- Supported the Managers with day-to-day workload, arranged key meetings, flight & hotel bookings, responded to short notice requests where appropriate, administered visitor bookings and co-ordinated team meetings etc.- Re-ordered branded events collateral to support event requirements.
