Responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of several products & systems provided by Navitaire for their airlines reservations system. Specific areas included scheduling, faring, reservations, airport check-in and boarding. Technologies used have evolved over time, using WinForms, WPF, RESTful architectures & increasingly more complex use of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular. Methodology has also evolved from iterative waterfall to Agile.

Responsible for the development of Healthcare related software used by hospitals in their emergency departments (EMR). The presentation layer of the products are primarily written using C#.Net; with heavy emphasis on Windows Presentation Foundation.

Responsible for architecture and development of web and desktop applications written primarily in ASPX/C# .NET and used to interact with web services, SQL Server, BizTalk., email servers. Subject Matter Expert for the reservations system and online booking engine; including overall functional behavior of http://www.jetBlueAirways.com.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Skylights web application product for Open Skies. Skylights is a CGI application written entirely in Perl and is used by 20-30 small to mid-sized airlines for their online reservations needs. Also responsible for new Skylights implementations onsite at customer locations around the world. As a technical lead, additional responsibilities included technical oversight of product development, allocation of resources, release management, technical support and ensured product compatibility across multiple platforms and web servers.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Responsible for the development of the online booking component for the OpenSkies Reservations System.Hewlett-Packard eventually sold OpenSkies to what is now called Navitaire, Inc.
