• Re-developed the digital strategy with the group board (having inherited a strong and exciting vision but a strategy with poor alignment and limited buy-in from senior stakeholders). This included a complete re-build.
• Collaborated with IT, HR, marketing, and the wider business to develop detailed talent, data, content and technology strategies and a new operating model which would deliver digital management agility
