As project manager for superstar recording artist's: Rick Ross, Trina, Plies, and Jagged Edge, oversaw & coordinated all aspects of artists career & project as it passed through company departments including; Publicity, New Media, Video Production, Promotions, Grassroots Marketing, Radio, Video Promotion, Art Direction, A&R, Recording, Retail Sales, Advertising, Commercials, Imaging, and Direction.•Work as a liaison between Slip-N-Slide Records and our Joint Venture Label Partners, Def Jam/Universal, Atlantic/Warner, EMI/Capitol, Jive/Sony•Work with label staff and department heads, in crafting synergistic marketing campaigns that encompassed all available marketing mediums•Created marketing plans for rollout campaigns of an artist album release, ensuring cohesion between all departments •Identified new strategies to connect with an audience that was becoming more mobile, relying less on traditional record company marketing•Conceptualized and produced digital video content to tell the story of an artist brand, creating a deeper bond with consumers*Generated & Brokered deal with merchandising company to overhaul label's complete line of artist merchandise•Lead the labels development of an in-house online merchandise store, including, layout, product lines, logistics & fulfillment•Recording artist, Rick Ross debuted #1 on Billboard 200 charts with “Trilla” LP in 2008, #1 with “Deeper Than Rap” LP in 2009, #2 with “Teflon Don” in 2010. •Recording artist, Trina debuted #1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop charts with “Still Da Baddest” in 2008, #1 on Billboard Indie charts with “Amazin” in 2010. •Recording artist, Plies debuted #2 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop charts with “Definition of Real” in 2008, debuted #1 on the Billboard Hip Hop charts with “Da Realist” in 2008, debuted #1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop charts with “Goon Affiliated” in 2010•Recording R&B group, Jagged Edge debuted #7 on the Billboard R&B charts with “The Remedy” in 2011
