Third Annual Problem Solving & Consulting Case Writing Competition*January 2015: We started the journey, inviting all CPS students with 10+ credit to enter the competition through a free-of-charge workshop in case writing, or through writing cases within their regular courses. We received 46 applications.*February and March 2015: Students worked on their cases, while trying to reveal real-life problem in next-door organizations or in their own communities, investigate the situation and collect data, analyze the data through the prism of concepts they studied in their programs, and arrive atrelevant and justified solutions. Thirty case were submitted representing 8 programs and 15 countries.*April 2015: 50 judges - practitioners, scholars, and CPS alumni from around the world - reviewed the cases and provided suggestions on how the cases could become stronger. *May 2015: Five judges on the Executive Judging Panel evaluated the top-scored cases to identify the winners.*June 1: Judges' Reception and Award Ceremony. Even though the New England weather and traffic did not cooperate, judges and students still had a great time networking, listening to music, and enjoying the refreshments.
