In 2013 I was offered the role of Business Analyst, still in the Grower Services Team, but working on a new online grain trading platform that was under bespoke development by Agfarm’s IT& Operations Team. As Analyst, I was responsible for liaising across both Agfarm divisions and working with the external consultant project manager to deliver each phase of the project to specification and time and cost constraints. In particular I was responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and working on wireframe design with a focus on enhanced UI/UX. I also was delegated several project management responsibilities by the project manager including preparing project team, executive and board presentations (in ppt) and preparing process management documents.
