Taught Computer Science and Network Engineering courses to undergraduate students. Worked on course development and implementation of computer science curricula. Conducted research in the field of data networking, utilizing current technological tools in computer science and related courses. Worked with faculty in the various disciplines integrating technology across the curriculum. Assisted with recruitment efforts for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) majors. Assisted in the development of strategies aimed at increasing student retention in STEM courses and majors. Conducted Academic Advisement of students for STEM courses and majors. Conducted computer training for staff and faculty. Participated in Morehouse committee accreditation and assessment processes.As the Telecommunication Center of Excellent Network Manger I oversaw the installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems. This required the hands-on work of setting up servers, routers, firewalls, video conference systems and modems. Worked with all departments within the Center to ensure that the overall system functioned to its maximum potential.
