I am a Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Manager at CEOs for Gender Equity, a group of leaders who are sharing what’s working and what’s not to accelerate gender equity in Western Australia. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Curry College, with a focus on business, management, marketing, and related support services. I have extensive experience in student engagement, career development, and Indigenous internship programs, and I am passionate about women's empowerment, business mentoring, and diversity relations.In my current role, I work with CEOs and senior executives from various sectors and industries to promote gender equity as a strategic priority and a social responsibility. I facilitate collaborative initiatives, events, and campaigns that showcase best practices, challenges, and opportunities for advancing gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace and society. I also leverage my skills and network to support and mentor women and Indigenous students to achieve their career aspirations and potential. I believe that gender equity is good for everyone, good for business, and good for society, and I am committed to making a positive difference in this space.
