For 6 seasons I coached both Cross Country & Track and Field at Paradise High School where I helped facilitate a positive experience for students to develop not just as athletes, but as people.

The Cyber Spartans was an incredibly unique opportunity for me to be a part of! The concept is we put together an education program to teach elementary schoolers about cybersecurity, privacy, and programming through a multi-week program where mentors work with the children to develop their own games teaching them these concepts. I was able to help out with some of the planning, but my main role was as a mentor for the students, where I was directly working with them in a classroom environment for weeks. The initial program was only for one semester, but I continued to help with the follow-up "Fellows" program the following year.
