Responsible for the development and deployment of sales processes and analytics to facilitate required actions by the Regional Property Managers and Community Managers to improve the AIMCO sales process. Provide analysis of sales reports of identified area. Review and report out weaknesses of identified metrics by Regional Property Manager portfolio. Maintain sales effectiveness through secret shopper process for the community and contact center. Ensure compliance of consistent sales process throughout all AIMCO areas. Review and provide analysis of sales reports for assigned areas to supply Area Vice President of Operations with the necessary data to make decisions. Coach and develop Regional Property Managers and Community Managers in the identification of areas of concern in leasing consultant sales skills.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing for a regional portfolio of 37 communities with over 10,000 units in the greater Houston and Galveston Area. Responsiblities included, but were not limited to identifying revenue opportunities in strong markets, addressing sales and marketing opportunities in weaker markets, working directly with the Regional Vice President, Regional Property Managers, and Community Managers to evaluate and improve sales performance, and team member training in the areas of sales and customer retention.
