Transformers Inc and Coil Tran in Milwaukee were acquired in 2010 and Tranex inc based in Colorado in 2012.The company’s headquarters are in Milwaukee, and the Lino Lakes, Minnesota facility is home to the former Mag-Con, Sub-Tronics and Nicollet Technologies products and teams, Tranex is based in Colorado.With over 100 years of combined experience, the privately owned BADGER MAGNETICS has sold to customers in military, industrial automation, process control, medical, mining, telecommunications, material handling and a variety of other industries.
