I'm Henry, an IT support analyst. I currently work at Mentat, an IT consultancy and solutions company that serves clients from different sectors and sizes.At Mentat, I am part of the N1 helpdesk team, responsible for meeting external IT support demands (third party at PPG Brasil), following ITSM and ITIL best practices. Thanks to my work, I was able to increase user satisfaction, reduce response and resolution times for calls, and optimize the company's IT resources.I am studying the 3rd semester of Information Systems at Faculdade Logatti in Araraquara, I also have a technical diploma in Information Technology from ETEC, where I learned the fundamentals of hardware, software, and operating systems. To complement my training.My goal is to continue growing professionally in the IT support area, seeking new opportunities for learning, development, and innovation.
