Henry has established five Enterprise Architecture practises, three Data Governance Boards and also served on global practise boards at IBM.He was on the EA executive leadership team that receive the “World Class Enterprise Architecture” award from Gartner (Jan 2016) as well as the iCMG awared for “Transformation Planning international category winner” (Aug 2015).Passion for solving complex problems and a philosophy of live-long learning.Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical worlds, leveraging experience in business strategy, finance, strategy execution, business management, architecture and technology. Henry formally became a Master Certified Architect (Enterprise Architecture) by the Open Group (Jul 2008).He did his MBA at INSEAD in France (2004) and his MComm in Informatica at University in Johannesburg (1992).Some interesting recent projects include: • Lead Business Architect on the SARB RTGS replacement programme. The future of settlements and what key themes will drive the target state for RTGS and other settlement forms including: liquidity saving mechanism, CBDC and cross-border remittance flows.• Enterprise Architect on transforming the Balance of Payments reporting and improve Financial Surveillance of illicit movement of funds across South African borders also for the central bank.To unwind Henry is a weekend Mountain Bike warrior, love off-road 4x4, camping, traveling and spending time with his family.
