The Gwinnett Young Professionals Leadership Institute is a professional development program crafted for Gwinnett's highest potential young professionals. • Prepared the annual and monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly debt covenant• Worked closely with FP&A team to assist with monthly and ad-hoc management reporting requests, including preparation of board presentations• Monitored and ensured timely identification and compliance of upcoming accounting guidance• Assisted in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and purchase accounting• Managed the annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors• Reviewed and prepared monthly account reconciliations of various accounts including but not limited to goodwill, intangibles, stock compensation• Coordinated and led an intercompany cleanup project• Aided in legal entity rationalization project

Provided financial statement audit services to clients in a variety of industries that include both public and private companies and not-for-profits ranging from $1 million to $300 million in revenue.
