Prior to this role, I was Program Manager of Red Hat's North America and EMEA Customer Experience Councils, made up of cross-functional leaders across the company that are tasked with driving and supporting customer improvement activities throughout our customer's journey and relationship with Red Hat.I first joined Red Hat in 2011 to create and manage the company's first customer-based online community, enabling customers to engage with each other and with Red Hat associates to solve problems and improve their use and adoption of our products and services. Prior to coming to Red Hat, was one of the founding members of Lulu.com (http://www.lulu.com), the world's largest self-publishing site, where I developed and managed their community, customer operations and strategic programs. I was also a co-founder of nowRECORDING.com, a music collaboration website that enabled musicians all over the world to work together to create music.
