The BBVA Compass leap program is a one-year comprehensive commercial rotational program designed to provide an introduction to the company and an overview of each line of business within the organization. Over the course of the year, associates receive training on systems and credit fundamentals, develop personal/professional skills, and participate in a commercial banking simulation. Participants complete rotations in which they work directly with line managers on projects and assignments related to specific departments. At the conclusion of the program, associates are placed into roles in which they can utilize their skills and interests as well as support the needs of the organization.
