– Build strong client relationships by consistently delivering client interactions that develop trust and show value
. Attend client meetings as needed within LTC facilities
– Develop cadence of regular, proactive client meetings to establish strong connectivity with key stakeholders; deliver quarterly Executive Reviews to facility leadership to review business deliverables and evaluate new opportunities
– Identify at-risk accounts and consult with internal partners to assist with the development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities, update customers on progress
– Manage routine client support activities and resolution of routine to complex client issues and requests. Answer client questions over the phone or in person with LTC facilities
– Partner with Key Account team to deliver initiatives at the facility level for National and Regional accounts
– Assess client needs by partnering with facility leadership and present Omnicare value proposition for new products and services to grow base
– Manage facility expectations of contractual covenants
, and deliver non-clinical facility training and support new program implementation
– Responsible for activities associated with onboarding new facilities such as collection of resident information and medical records; scheduling, attending, and some facilitation of facility staff training; informing pharmacy of facility needs; serving as a single point of contact for facility throughout the onboarding process

- Possesses detailed product and compounding knowledge  of all pharmaceutical compounded medications- Remain up to date on new products and regulatory changes  for customers all over the country.-Demonstrates superior customer service and maintains relationships with assigned provider accounts -Monitors account sales metrics across the entire organization, generating routine and custom reports to analyze product volume and sales revenue trends - Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices- Executes mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow-up schedule- Implements planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests

Account Relationships:-Develop and manage relationships with dialysis operations leaders and physicians-Act as primary point-of-contact for accounts-Provide customer service support including issue resolution-Effective Communication with Territory Teammates-Oversee territories remotely utilizing technologyStrategic Account Planning:-Analyze data to determine opportunities to optimize medication utilization for revenue/profit maximization including patient segmentation opportunities-Drive revenue for the business through increasing patients on service.-Develop territory opportunity map & plan to address account needs.-Ensure alignment of accounts’ goals with Village goals

Accurately interpret and process insurance claims for discharged patientsTrained incoming technicians for various pharmacies in the northwest side of HoustonMastered safety, OSHA, and hazardous waste standards in accordance with Texas LawEducated and promoted the importance of vaccinations to the communityAttained new patients for several pharmacies through customer service and best health practices
