- Serving as the point of contact for logistics and billing issues
- Coordinating the scheduling of courses to ensure that suitable Instructors are assigned for our client’s training courses
- Analysing evaluation data to help improve the business impact of training
- Communicating with Instructors to help them prepare for teaching assignments or address client concerns
- Coordinating with Curriculum Development and clients to discuss potential customisation
