TwentyEighty Strategy Execution are a global training company specialising in Project Management and Business Analysis Training for companies and organisations worldwide. The Client Engagement Manager role entails managing training programmes for a wide variety of TwentyEighty’s onsite clients throughout Europe and Africa. This includes: • Serving as the point of contact for logistics and billing issues • Coordinating the scheduling of courses to ensure that suitable Instructors are assigned for our client’s training courses • Analysing evaluation data to help improve the business impact of training • Communicating with Instructors to help them prepare for teaching assignments or address client concerns • Coordinating with Curriculum Development and clients to discuss potential customisation • Communicating with clients on a day-to-day basis and responds to their requests quickly • Reviewing, responding to and communicating client input to appropriate internal departments while striving to enhance quality of programs • Initiating the resolution of internal problems raised by the client to ensure customer satisfaction

Same duties as below with the inclusion of key account management and a significantly increased financial target. Key accounts included FTSE 100 & Fortune 500 companies from a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Finance and Technology & Communications. The position also include training and mentoring new starters in the team, as well as leading process improvement and software roll out projects.

*Generating new business through warm leads and cold calling for public classroom and online training courses that specialise in project management. *Successfully meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly financial targets and KPI's. *Exploring client needs and mapping these back to ESI programmes in a consultative sales approach. *Holding client meetings. *Writing proposals for winning business with new clients. *Developing business with existing clients. *Advising clients and individuals on the ESI curriculum and relevant professional qualifications. *Generating new business through warm leads and cold calling.
