Returned to Mars to lead sales & marketing in innovation catalyst unit. Full P&L responsibility for branded drinks business to develop products, accelerate to market and scale. Delivered profitable growth YOY, managed execution of portfolio of websites, established nationwide portfolio of branded ice rinks, completed Mars sales training programme.

Retained as consultant following Summer internship 1998• Proposed and managed implementation of campus initiatives across UK universities.• Established portfolio of Mars Drinks websites (proposed initiative, presented plan to UK Board, identified supplier, produced content and remotely managed implementation during PhD).• Developed and launched novel range of innovative drinks• Developed specifications database and deployed across European region including user training.

Bristol Avon 40 Red Cross Unit• Co-ordinated all activities including annual recruitment/training programme, operations and fundraising. Led management team and monthly reporting to British Red Cross HQ.• Managed provision of First Aid for nationwide sports events, gigs and outdoor events.
