I traded campus quads for solar panels! Designing training programs and helping managers implement outreach strategies in their markets, I've won every award possible for my work guiding homeowners forward as they navigate the solar installation process. I equip staff with the tools they need to shine, guiding them through impactful field training, office-based onboarding, and online seminars. Just like I always loved encouraging college students to utilize the resources available to help support their academic success, my work in sustainability has allowed me to empower thousands of professionals to take the next step in their careers.All of my work in the world of renewables grew out of my starting a recycling initiative, which itself also became a 501c3 that I founded. When it comes to representing program benefits and making the value of new opportunities as clear as possible, my collaboration with other offices, divisions, organizations, and corporate partners always helps streamline operations.
