• Assist SVP of Sourcing and Production with LQAS/LOT approval – providing concise commentary to our China production office on product color, finishing, and construction to ensure strong product fit and design• Maintain sample flow and set up three showrooms for markets occurring four to six times a year• Merchandise racks by season and product category. In addition, responsible for maintaining three SMS sample sets of merchandise per season used for sales, marketing and photo shoots• Travel to Las Vegas and Atlanta with sales team twice a year to set up booth(s) for trade shows• Collaborate with overseas factories in the fulfillment of sample requests for development, assortment, line and buy reviews • Receive, maintain and accurately archive all confirmation and sample approvals • Responsible for preparing documentation, shipping and tracking of all international shipments• Partner with outside logistics agencies such as FedEx, UPS and DHL to ensure timely delivery of goods and avoid potential customs holds• Partner with customs compliance team in requesting samples for lab tests to confirm proper US and Canada tariff classification• Perform ad hoc duties as required
