As an HR Generalist at KP Aviation, a global leader in supplying high-quality aftermarket aviation materials and services, I focus heavily on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. KP Aviation, founded in 2001, specializes in providing essential components for fixed-wing aircraft, serving airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul providers), and leasing firms worldwide. -Led the hiring process for both external candidates and internal stakeholders, successfully assisting over 3,500 candidates in 3 years while ensuring regulatory compliance and avoiding conflicts of interest.-Owned and managed the full candidate experience, offering support throughout interview scheduling, hiring, contract discussions, benefits inquiries, and onboarding.-Coordinated with internal departments and external providers to prioritize stakeholder and candidate queries, ensuring swift resolution of issues and requests.-Managed sensitive, confidential information including I-9 forms, candidate contracts, and project contracts with precision and integrity.

-Sourced and recruited over 1,000 external candidates for specific requisitions, while also facilitating over 500 internal transfers.-Collaborated with hiring leaders to understand essential job requirements, craft and implement candidate sourcing strategies, and deliver top talent for open positions in finance, procurement, engineering, defense, and senior management.-Effectively represented job requisitions, key skills, hiring organizations, and compensation packages to pre-screen candidates, build qualified talent pools, coordinate interview schedules, draft offer letters, and negotiate contracts.-Maintained high-touch relationships with both internal and external candidates, as well as domestic hiring managers across diverse disciplines, locations, and business units.
