I am a real estate and business attorney with a focus in landlord-tenant matters. I have spent 29 years involved in negotiation, drafting, strategizing, conflict resolution and litigation of these legal matters. I am a member of many trade groups associated with real estate as well as speaker at CLE and CRE classes in this area of the law. I also blog on these subjects as described below and network with the RE community. On the flip side, I am a musician, film geek, NC history buff, avid mountain hiker, college football fan, horseshoe player and have two great kids. That about rounds out my time unless someone wants to extend the average day to 36 hours !
