I thought that this might be above Henry’s ‘pay grade’, but - having seen him in action - I also felt he would be capable of doing the project well. He was incredibly helpful and did a very good job during the several weeks we worked on this project together. Henry proved to me that he follows through on his commitments and that he is capable to handling high-level work without getting overwhelmed. I enjoyed working with him and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
