About Henry Baker
I have 40 years of experience in commercial and residential heating and air conditioning with twelve of that in HVAC cleaning. I've worn almost every hat in the business from pipe fitter's helper to estimator and even book keeper. Around 2010 I starting seeing a more mainstream demand for NADCA certified HVAC cleaning and that the service helped people by improving IAQ and LEED scores. I saw that it gave customers an alternative to replacing the entire HVAC system as the system aged. That is why Pur-Vent was begun. I knew that with my industry knowledge and contacts I could service the needs of contractors, engineers, architects, and owners better than was currently being done. Having been in the HVAC estimator's chair and the project manager's chair, I knew what my needs were in those positions. We joined NADCA because being a NADCA member holds us to a higher standard and holds us to a code of ethics. I believe that a company should be honest and above board with their dealings and about what they can and cannot do I believe that agreeing on the job and the payment up front prevents problems later.
