Henry Roth was Owner/President of Rohecon FZ LLC; a UAE based Management Consultancy, active primarily in the petrochemical and chemical sector, retired as of June 2022. As of 01/01/2022, he has retired from his position as CEO for RAI Rakha Al-Khaleej Int'l LLC, a Dubai-based global polymers distribution and chemicals trading company. Until July 2010, he was President of Dow Middle East, responsible for Dow's commercial activities in the region. Mr. Roth has worked with The Dow Chemical Company for over 33 years in a wide array of business units and functions. Until 2009, he served simultaneously as President and Chief Executive Officer of MEGlobal and Equipolymers, Dow's joint ventures with PIC (Petrochemical Industries Company) of Kuwait. From 2001-2006, based in Kuwait, he was Senior Vice President in Equate Petrochemical Company. He represented Dow's interest within Equate, another joint venture between Dow and PIC, and shared executive responsibility within the Office of the CEO. He directly led the commercial business groups, plus the functions for supply chain, human resources, and corporate relations. Additionally, he served as President of the Equate Marketing Company. Mr. Roth joined Dow in 1977 and held a series of leadership roles in sales, marketing, purchasing, and business management in a variety of plastics, chemicals, and hydrocarbons businesses within Dow, including international assignments in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and North America.
