I have always thought of myself as a very outgoing and friendly person and that is one of my biggest strengths in the personal training industry. I also have a deep passion for helping people achieve their athletic goals. There is no greater feeling to me than helping someone accomplish something that they didn't think they could do. Personal training and performance training is always going to be a passion of mine! I have spent many years being the client at many performance gyms and it just seemed fitting for me to pursue my own career in it! I'm looking to expand on what I already know and do in the gym setting by getting into the rehabilitation industry. I'm currently interning at Southern Rehab in LaGrange and i'm working towards getting as many shadowing hours as possible. I'm doing this in hopes of getting accepted into Physical Therapy school down the line. This learning experience allows me to shadow under PTA's in home-health care as well and PT and PTA's in the clinic.
