I’m part of the IT team and undertake a supportive role as well as completing the necessary training required to complete my apprenticeship. I’ve had a lot of experience with different types of systems and software like Lansweeper, Phone Systems as well as multiple versions of windows including Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11. On top of that, I have developed my communication skills as well as becoming more confident in using different admin consoles such as Google Admin and Active Directory, as well as using Chrome OS and other operating systems. Customer service is a very important skill which I have developed whilst working at the school as well as becoming more independent, proactive, and self-motivated whilst maintaining a professional and respectful manner. I have some experience with website development and liaising with other members of staff to complete tasks and projects to help a specific department.

Working as a Swimming Instructor and Coach between 3 pools delivering fun and structured lesson using the learn to swim framework as well as stroke development and squad sessions to help swimmers improve their technique.

Throughout my role as a volunteer, I have been given many roles like co-teching IT in year 3 and leading parts of different lessons like maths and english, talk 4 writing as well has helping my team with tech problems etc. Assisting in this way has helped me develop my leadership skills and given me the experience of teaching hound individuals. Part of this role was assisting in leading PE lessons as well as giving training and assisting staff.

Working as a Swimming Teacher to make sure that everyone gets the chance to learn to swim. I always make sure that my lessons are fun as well as being structured and assessed by the Swim England Success Criteria.

Further developing my leadership and teaching skills with young children in the primary school sector in years 2,4 and 5 with Special Educational Needs.
