Current● Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.● Report status of projects over facilities and exchange information with American Cast Iron Pipe Company, American Castings, American Spiral Weld Pipe Company, and Waterous. ● Manage a team of infrastructure and business application staff to plan, deliver, and support networking, servers, telephony, printing, audio/video, endpoints, local applications, web applications, databases, and other services.● Develop strong ongoing relationships with project stakeholders and management, IT management, and finance. ● Manage corporate programs and projects ensuring that the deliverables achieve best value results that meet the business goals and objectives of internal and external clients. ● Lead training, employee development and mentoring of help desk support staff along with developing standards, processes, procedures, and service level agreements.● Manage vendor relationships including selection, contracts, requisitions, invoices, and receipts.● Manage the operational infrastructure of the companies Cisco network, VM Servers, and stand-alone servers through a combination of hands-on work and support vendors.● Manage a budget and performs managerial accounting for IT-related expenditures across the business.● Manage a project portfolio of all IT Infrastructure and software and applications projects.● Manage software and application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and execution.● Oversee the balance of planning, monitoring and execution to maximize the corporate return on investment.
