Using programs such as Mailchimp and Canva. Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth registration processes and data capture for reporting – both for the Centre and our members. Also acted as a super user for the LMS, training new LBD unit members upon them joining the team. Providing high-level administrative support to the LBD team across a number of programs with the LBD unit. This included managing the LBD email accounts, responding to queries where I was able to assist and escalating them to the relevant managers if needed. I also maintained and kept up to date and relevant information on the training web pages and the LMS. -
