Recruited teammate, wrote proposal, and obtained faculty sponsorship to develop smartphone application to incentivize PA citizens to exercise through exploring historical locations. Developed algorithm with regression analysis of sports medicine literature values to estimate caloric burn rate during locomotion as function of 4 health metrics and 2 exercise metrics. Presented minimally viable product to stakeholders to establish continuation of this multi-year collaboration.
