Based at Trafalgar House in Newhaven, the company’s roots trace back to 1882, in partnership with Colgate & Gray, from the same site that originally established a building materials trading company.In my role at TerraPura, I focused on IT, branding, and website development, contributing to the company’s technological infrastructure and brand identity as it expanded its operations. TerraPura spans over 120,000 sq ft of manufacturing and office space, producing up to 1,000 homes annually and driving innovation in sustainable housing solutions.By combining on-site construction with off-site sectional manufacturing, TerraPura creates efficiencies that reduce costs, speed up transportation, and minimise environmental impact. It is the first UK housing manufacturer to establish a factory adjacent to one of its own major housing developments, setting a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the industry.

My first professional role in the property sector was with Brighton Accommodation Agency, which later rebranded as Eightfold Property. I began in a part-time capacity while in college and transitioned to full-time after graduation. My responsibilities included conducting property viewings, managing tenancies, and overseeing day-to-day property operations.During my time there, I worked closely with Dan, the founder, and gained valuable experience that laid the groundwork for my career in property development and management. Since its rebrand, Eightfold Property has grown significantly, becoming one of the largest agencies in Sussex and expanding its services to include residential sales, commercial agency, and block management.
