Building product teams to figure out the future-of-work eco-system to created an assured future for freelancers. Freelancers, gig workers, self-employed, solo-preneurs, these are currently people who are outside of the structure and "norm" of work. As such, they may not have the right "structure" to enjoy assurance compared to their "salaried" peers. We are discovering and building products and services to fill in these gaps. We have started with finance, advancing freelancers' account receivables for them to better manage their cashflows, cards that allow them to enjoy payments and many more services to come. I lead the team to figure out the product from zero to one and continuous validations towards product-market-fit.We managed to grow LytePay, which advances commissions for property agents in Singapore, to more than 3.5K property agent users in Singapore; grow annual cashout (advance) amount from S$31M in 2021 to S$66M in 2023; and manage to partner with the top 5 property agencies in Singapore.
