Marx| Okubo is an architecture/engineering/construction consulting firm working with real estate owners, investors and lenders. We helped to evaluate their building projects, solve complex challenges and implement tailored solutions at every point of a properties lifecycle. Services that I performed included: Property condition assessment: site and building structure reviews, building envelope reviews, accessibility reviews, sustainability reviews, and life-cycle costs.Construction loan monitoring: pre-construction feasibility reports, construction progress observations, monthly draw disbursement monitoring, change order reviews, schedule review, permitting/testing and inspection status.Owner's representation include all the services of construction loan monitoring and the following: analysis of project scope and budget, construction document peer review, contract negotiations, construction observation and reviews, project closeout, punchlist and warranty reviews.Additional experiences included construction schedule and budget data analysis and reviews.

I had key roles in a variety of project the relevant projects including corporation yards, maintenance facilities, bus transit centers and a police training facility.
