As a VP with Avison Young, Henry has a very client-centric focus - dedicated to serving Tenants, Owners, Buyers and Sellers throughout the Middle Tennessee commercial real estate market. Avison Young's collaborative team approach to commercial real estate engages deep expertise from a broad range of professionals across the organization. With over 15 years of experience, Henry is a seasoned professional and has worked in all facets of the business including development, brokerage, and construction management. He was previously with a large REIT where he was the Leasing Director for a regional portfolio. Prior to that, he worked as an independent real estate consultant with several development firms, acting as owner’s rep for both shell development and tenant build-out projects. As a fifth generation Nashvillian, Henry is very active in the community. Currently, he is a Commissioner for the City of Forest Hills, and is on the Board of several non-profits, including Friends of Warner Park and Nashville Rowing Club, as well as an elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Lynne have three daughters: Eliza, Marguerite, and Evelyn. As hobbies Henry enjoys hiking, landscaping with native plants, trail running, and traveling.
