Senior consultant supporting the client, Aircraft Carrier Branch, Chief of Naval Operations, Air Warfare Division (OPNAV N98), as the Business and Finance Analyst. Active component in RGS' strategic planning process as a member of the corporate strategy team and IT Strategy Team.

Lead Financial Analyst for all Navy Aircraft Carrier and Navy and Marine Corps Air Traffic Control (ATC) programs. Head of Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) Development and budget formulation, supporting Director, Air Warfare, Chief of Naval Operations through the entire Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) federal budget cycle.
