I drive 30ft, 40ft and 60ft articulated buses between the main campus and Williams village. I also drive charters for classes, conference groups, and weddings to varying locations along the Front Range including but not limited to Denver, Longmont, Lyons, and Flagstaff. I am class B certified and can drive any vehicle that is a single entity.I also help to recruit new student drivers and an active member of the Recruitment and Retention Committee and the Lean Process Review Committee.

As an intern for Jeff Plous at OneRealty in the re-gentrified neighborhood of Highland in Denver, I manage and update his website and Zillow.com page to reflect all of the previous sales along with proposing the acquisition of land that is prime for development.

-Conducted background research on potential properties and zoning bylaws to help determine if developing the property would be economically feasible and practical.-Updated sales information on comparable properties in the region.-Participate in brainstorming on how to utilize a potential property.-Search commercial listing sites for potential properties.
