I work as a Field Service Engineer at Cabot Corporation, a global leader in specialty chemicals and performance materials. I have also completed several certifications from IBM, including Data Visualization Using Python, Data Science Methodologies, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.In my previous roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Harvard University and a Junior Technical Support Specialist at Wentworth Institute of Technology, I gained valuable experience in providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff, handling various tasks such as creating, escalating, and closing support tickets, installing software, performing data transfers, imaging, and reimagining devices, and helping users with remote setups and orientations. I also developed skills in data visualization using Python, which I applied to create interactive dashboards and reports for different projects. I am passionate about solving problems, learning new technologies, and delivering quality customer service. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
