NRB is a large IT company, where the Command Center principally takes care of the run and daily operations in a multi-client environment. Being part of the Windows team, the most actions I take care of are related to :o Mail Hybrid O365 environment, management of mailboxes, resources, calendars, message tracing, troubleshooting, etc.o Windows servers Managing the lifecycle of the server through installation, management (local and virtualization part) and decoms. o Antivirus Daily management of the Trellix environment : definitions, communication of clients and relays, policies, exceptions, etco Call manager role Managing all incoming tickets for CC, verifying their integrality and correctness, and distribute them to the different sub-teamso Monitoring role Managing all incoming alerts related to the Windows servers / services

Being part of the Operational Services team, and more in particular, the Windows team gave me the opportunity to grow and take more responsibility.
