I have management experience across various dynamic settings, which has given me a multifaceted understanding of business, EHS, and compliance. I have a nose for inefficiency and am an answer- and solution-finding extraordinaire, looking inside, outside, and under the box for optimal resolutions.I’m naturally quite competitive — I relish challenge and growth — and I believe the keys to success in the long run are respect, building trust, and supporting those around you. I value a team-first mentality and I’m relentlessly optimistic about my team’s ability to produce at a high level. As a Membership Supervisor, my team crushed their KPIs over and again. In managing the Tire Center, I more than doubled our business in less than three years while simultaneously reducing building-wide injuries by nearly half druing my tenure as Safety Coordinator. While I was the EHS Specialist at A-Gas, I helped bolster a top to bottom safety system; we had no reportable injuries and emissions at my site were well below target.I’m industrious yet enlightened; I attack problems head on and recharge holistically outside of work. I love the outdoors, including all seven seasons the Midwest offers, sports, exercise, and raising my rescues (Rutherford and Ralphie) with my incredible wife.
